Our services are designed exclusively for senior professionals at Director, Vice President, C-Suite, and Board Director level.
3. Service Agreements
All service engagements are subject to:
- A separate service agreement or proposal confirming scope and pricing
- Payment of agreed fees before commencement of work
- Provision of accurate career information by the client
ECG reserves the right to decline any engagement at our discretion.
4. Fees and Payment
Service fees are confirmed in writing before each engagement begins.
Payment terms:
- Full payment required before work begins unless otherwise agreed in writing
- All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced
- Revision rounds are included as specified in each service agreement
5. Intellectual Property
Website Content: All content on executivecareergroup.com including text, graphics, logos, and design is the property of Executive Career Group and protected by copyright law.
Client Documents: Upon full payment of fees all documents produced for a client become the property of that client for their personal professional use.

- Claim authorship of documents we produce
6. Confidentiality
ECG maintains strict confidentiality regarding all client engagements.
Clients agree to:
- Keep all strategic advice and frameworks provided by ECG confidential

- Not engage ECG competitors using insights gained through our engagement
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and truthful career information
- Reviewing and approving all documents before use
- Using documents ethically and accurately
- Notifying ECG of any factual errors in delivered documents
ECG is not responsible for outcomes resulting from inaccurate information provided by clients.
8. Revisions and Delivery
Each service includes revision rounds as specified in the service agreement.
Standard delivery timelines:
- Most documents: 5–14 business days
- Complete packages: 7–21 business days
- Rush delivery available upon request
Timelines begin after receipt of all required client information and payment.
9. Limitation of Liability
Executive Career Group provides professional advisory services and cannot guarantee specific outcomes including:
- Job offers or placements
- Interview invitations
- Salary increases
- Response rates from employers
- LinkedIn connection or view rates
Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.
We are not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential losses
- Loss of employment opportunities
- Decisions made based on our advice
- Third party actions or decisions
